The stated storage allowance is available for project files and is shared across all films included in the plan. Incremental backups and system data do not reduce the available allowance. BeforeTake is intended for pre-production materials and is not designed to store camera originals or video-editing files. The AI allowance applies to one billing month; unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.
Prices are per month. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

What exactly does BeforeTake do?＋
BeforeTake turns a screenplay into a connected structure of acts, scenes, planned shots, requirements, assets and readiness statuses. It is one workspace for preparing a film for production.
Is BeforeTake an editing or post-production platform?＋
No. Editing, colour grading, sound post-production and final rendering remain outside the platform. BeforeTake focuses on everything that must be ready before filming begins.
Can I use the platform for just one film?＋
Yes. The Starter plan is designed for one project and a team of up to five people.
Can outsiders see our film materials?＋
No. The internal workspace is available only to authorised project members. Only material the team deliberately publishes appears on the public page.
Can I connect my own domain?＋
Yes. A custom domain is included with Production and Studio. Starter uses a BeforeTake subdomain.
Which languages are available for the public film page?＋
The public page can be published in English, German and Russian.
How is AI used?＋
AI assists with text refinement, plans, checklists and visual references. The film team reviews and approves every result.
