Terms of use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to user accounts and projects on the BeforeTake platform.

The specific scope of services, usage limits, price and contract term are determined exclusively by the plan selected when ordering and the order confirmation.

2. User content

Rights to uploaded content remain with the respective rights holder.

For the duration of use, the user grants BeforeTake the technically necessary rights to store, secure, display and transmit content and, at the user's express request, to process it using platform or AI functions.

3. Prohibited use

In particular, the following are not permitted:

– unlawful content;
– infringements of copyright, personality, trademark or data protection rights;
– malware and attacks on the platform;
– circumvention of security measures or plan limits;
– use of third-party user accounts without authorisation.

4. Restriction and removal

BeforeTake may restrict content or access where necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect the platform or address a serious breach of these Terms of Use.

Affected users will be informed of the measure and its reason unless legal or security-related reasons prevent this.

5. AI functions

AI results may be incomplete or incorrect. Users decide how to use them and review them before publication or productive use.

BeforeTake claims no rights in AI results created for the user beyond those necessary for technical performance of the contract.

6. Statutory rights

The customer's statutory rights, in particular in the event of defects in digital services, remain unaffected.
