Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

When using the online function, you will immediately receive an email acknowledgement containing the declaration and the date and time it was received.

It is sufficient to send the declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal.

We generally use the same means of payment used for the original payment. No fees are charged for reimbursement.

Early commencement of the service

If you expressly requested that the service begin before expiry of the withdrawal period, you must pay an appropriate amount for the service already provided up to withdrawal.
